All orders from My Custom ID are made and shipped from Canada.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, with certain exceptions due to world events, carrier limitations, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to customs, weather, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable U.S. tariffs and duties in effect at the time of purchase are included in the shipping price.

Tariff rates, customs regulations, and import requirements may change without notice and are outside of My Custom ID’s control. If applicable U.S. tariffs, duties, or related government charges change after an order is placed, My Custom ID reserves the right to adjust shipping charges for orders that have not yet shipped or to pass through any additional charges required by law.

Orders shipped to other countries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. My Custom ID is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
