SIZING DETAILS (BRACELETS):

  • WRIST ID: You can easily cut one section of the silicone band at a time until it fits.  The metal tri-fold clasp has clamps that hold the band n place.  Instructions are included with each silicone bracelet.
  • PIN & TUCK: These silicone bracelets do not have a clasp and are simply sized by snugging the band to the desired size and inserting the metal pin into the appropriate hole in the band.  The end of the band is then placed through the band opening and tucked underneath.
  • NYLON LOOP: The nylon loop bracelet is easily adjusted by cinching the bracelet around your wrist and then simply pressing the velcro tabs to overlap the band.
  • SILICONE STRETCH: These stretch silicone bracelets simply slide over the hand. They cannot be adjusted.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS:

  • All ID bracelets include custom laser engraving.  You can choose to have medical information, personal identification, inspirational quotes or anything else you can think of engraved on the faceplate.  Space is limited to 5 or 6 lines of text depending on the size of the faceplate (13mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm etc). We'll do our best to accommodate all personalization requests.

WHO SHOULD WEAR ID?

  • If you have any health issues that should be communicated in the case of an emergency then you should wear an ID bracelet or medical alert bracelet.   My Custom ID is perfect if you are an equestrian, cyclist, traveler, jogger, hiker, walker, male, female, adult or child.

WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD I INCLUDE ON MY ID BRACELET AND MEDICAL ALERT BRACELET?

  • It's a good idea to include your name along with the most vital medical information such as health conditions, daily medications, allergies, blood type.  You can even include the name and phone number of a contact person.
  • We laser engrave every ID in house and only use the highest quality stainless steel for our faceplates.

DELIVERY 

  • We ship most domestic orders (Canada) via Canada Post letter mail.  Tracking is not included. There is an option at checkout to select "Expedited and tracked" delivery for an additional cost.
  • We ship our orders within 3-5 business days.  Domestic (Canada) orders are shipped via Canada Post letter mail from Hamilton, Ontario.  It generally takes about 5-7 business days to arrive depending on your location. 
  • USA and international orders are shipped via a third party and delivery time vary depending on your location. Tracking is included.
  • What methods of payment do you accept? PayPal and all major credit cards. 
  • What if I need to modify my order? If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.
  • How do I cancel my order? Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. 
  • Do you provide tracking information? Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, then please contact us. Tracking not included with Canada Post Letter Mail service.
  • I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order? We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.
